Our Commitment

We want The Agility Club website and app to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, larger text, reduced motion, higher contrast, or other assistive technologies.

Website Support

The website is designed with semantic HTML, clear headings, responsive layouts, skip navigation, visible focus states, readable contrast, reduced-motion handling, and descriptive alt text for meaningful images. The Privacy, Terms, and Accessibility pages use a simple reading layout intended to work well with zoom, keyboard navigation, and screen readers.

App Support

The iPhone and iPad app is being improved alongside the website. We continue to work on VoiceOver labels, readable controls, platform text sizing, reduced-motion behavior, clear form labels, predictable navigation, and layouts that remain usable while logging runs, reviewing dog history, checking a course, or managing club-day information.

Complex Screens

Some parts of an agility app are naturally complex. Course-canvas editing, obstacle positioning, path previews, image-heavy screenshots, external Apple or TestFlight pages, payment providers, and feedback forms may not behave the same way as a plain text page. We review these areas as the product changes and prioritize fixes that help people complete core workflows.

What Helps Us Fix Issues

If something is difficult to use, email theagilityclubsupport@gmail.com. Helpful details include the page or app screen, the device, browser, iOS or iPadOS version, assistive technology used, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead.

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is part of regular product work for The Agility Club. We review new website pages, shared-course views, app screens, feature cards, forms, club tools, and core workflows as they are built, then use handler and club feedback to decide what needs attention next.
