The Agility Club is built for agility handlers, coaches, clubs, and competitors. Today the app supports course design, automatic dog pathing, run and training journals, title tracking, speed and performance context, dog history, wellness and training load tools, multi-dog rosters, shared courses, team or club invites, and trial-day organization.

2. Sources of Information

We collect information from you, your device, your use of the Services, people who invite you to a club or team, people who share content with you, and service providers that help us run the Services. We may receive purchase or subscription status from Apple and payment or payout information from Stripe or another payment provider when you use those features.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Create, authenticate, and maintain accounts
  • Sync courses, dog profiles, journals, titles, club tools, payment status, and settings across devices
  • Show shared courses, invite pages, team links, profile links, and club or trial content to the right people
  • Calculate app features such as title progress, dog path estimates, speed context, workload trends, and wellness reminders
  • Provide support, respond to feedback, support beta access, and troubleshoot issues
  • Send service-related messages such as account, invite, club, trial, purchase, security, or app notifications
  • Protect accounts, investigate abuse, detect fraud, enforce our Terms, and keep the Services secure
  • Measure product performance, test features, and improve the website and app
  • Manage subscriptions, ad-removal status, club tools, payments, payouts, refunds, disputes, and compliance through the providers that handle those transactions
  • Comply with law, legal process, tax obligations, and regulatory requirements

4. Sharing You Control

Some features are designed for sharing. Information may become visible to other people when you:

  • Share a course link or publish a course preview
  • Join a team, club, coaching group, or trial workspace
  • Accept an invite link or QR code
  • Post, upload, or comment inside a shared club, team, or event area
  • Choose visibility settings that make profile, dog, course, result, or club information available to others

Please review your app privacy and sharing settings before posting or sharing information about yourself, your dog, a club, or another handler.

5. Service Providers and Third Parties

We disclose information to service providers and third parties that help us operate the Services. Depending on which features you use, these may include:

  • Cloud infrastructure providers for authentication, database storage, file storage, hosting, cloud functions, security, analytics, diagnostics, and app infrastructure
  • Apple for TestFlight beta distribution, app distribution, in-app purchases or subscriptions if enabled, refund handling if applicable, device-level permissions, and related Apple services
  • Stripe for club, event, platform, connected-account, payment, payout, identity, tax, compliance, and fraud-prevention features when those tools are enabled
  • Email, support, analytics, crash-reporting, fraud-prevention, compliance, and similar vendors that help us operate the Services
  • Advertising providers if ads are shown in the app; paid plans may remove ads, but the useful app features are not meant to sit behind an ad-removal subscription
  • Professional advisers, law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties where required by law, legal process, safety, security, or enforcement needs
  • A successor or buyer if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction

These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not store complete payment card numbers on our servers. When Stripe payment or payout features are used, Stripe receives personal data and processes it in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy.

6. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell your personal information for money. We also do not sell raw dog history, health notes, training logs, course libraries, or journal entries.

If we use advertising, analytics, or measurement technologies that are considered a "sale," "sharing," targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable privacy laws, you may have the right to opt out. You can contact us at the email below to make that request. Where required by applicable law, we will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals that we can detect and process.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children under 16.

7. Cookies, Surveys, and Website Tools

The website may use cookies, local storage, log files, and similar technologies for basic site operation, security, analytics, embedded tools, TestFlight links, and app-link behavior. If we ask for feedback through a survey provider, that provider may collect response information, device information, IP address, and any contact details you choose to provide in the survey.

Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" settings. Because there is not a uniform standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, we do not currently respond to them. We will respond to opt-out preference signals where required by law and technically supported.

8. Data Storage, Retention, and Security

App data may be stored on your device and synced through cloud infrastructure so your information can be backed up, shared where you choose, and available across supported devices. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and provider security features. No internet-connected service can guarantee perfect security, so please use a strong password and keep your device and account credentials secure.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, and keep business records. Retention periods vary by category and context. For example, account and app data is generally kept while your account is active; support messages are kept as needed to respond and maintain support records; payment, payout, tax, and compliance records may be kept as required by law or payment-provider obligations; security logs and backups may be kept for a limited period.

9. Your Choices

You can manage many privacy choices directly in the app or on your device, including:

  • Updating profile, dog, course, club, and journal details
  • Changing visibility or sharing settings where available
  • Revoking device permissions such as notifications, camera, photos, or files
  • Leaving clubs, teams, or shared workspaces
  • Managing Apple subscriptions through your Apple account if subscriptions are enabled
  • Contacting us to request access, correction, export, deletion, or opt out of certain processing

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know whether we process your personal information, access it, correct it, delete it, export it, restrict or object to certain processing, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, limit use of sensitive personal information, withdraw consent, appeal a privacy decision, or complain to a regulator.

To make a privacy request, contact us at theagilityclubsupport@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

11. Children and Junior Handlers

The Services are intended for adults and for junior handlers using the app with parent or guardian involvement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information without permission, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

12. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States and use service providers that may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be processed outside of where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms provided by our service providers or applicable law.

13. Third-Party Links

The Services may link to third-party websites and services, including Apple or TestFlight pages, feedback forms, club resources, governing organization websites, trial entry services, payment providers, or social platforms. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to review their policies.

14. Health, Dog-Care, and Veterinary Context

The app may help you record wellness notes, training load, injury alerts, recovery context, and dog history. This information is used to provide app features and is not used to provide veterinary care, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or emergency services. Please do not add sensitive human medical information to dog notes, course notes, or free-text fields.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, law, or our service providers change. The updated version will show a new "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice through the website, app, or email.
